About Keerthi Naidu

My love of real estate started very young, when my family first purchased a home in Palo Alto that needed extensive renovations. We took on the daunting task of renovating the 60 year old home ourselves, and my version of after-school fun consisted of chipping old paint off of walls, learning how to lay tile, and sanding baseboards. My mom and I would spend our weekends viewing open houses for pure enjoyment, and this is when I started paying attention to market prices and could very accurately guess what a home would sell for.

I spent the rest of my young life in Palo Alto, graduating from Palo Alto High School in 2008 and then moving to Boston to attend Boston University. At BU, I still always had real estate in the back of my mind, joining the board of our school Real Estate Club and obtaining my Massachusetts real estate license. After graduating in 2012 with a degree in Business Administration, I made my way back to California.

My professional career began in the tech industry, working for prominent real estate-focused companies like Houzz and WeWork. These experiences enriched my knowledge and amplified my passion for physical real estate. After a formative internship with Maria Afzal, I realized it was time to make the transition out of tech. This led me to join Maria’s esteemed team at Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, where I am dedicated to serving clients with excellence. I am an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®.

As a Bay Area native, I am deeply invested in helping my neighbors navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape with confidence and ease. I especially love working with first time home buyers, where I can educate them on the entire home buying process from end to end, making them feel secure in one of the biggest investments they will make in their lives.
